DistractedThey've made Larsa Ferrinas Solidor and Vossler COMPLETELY playable in Final Fantasy XII INTERNATIONAL. Damn. *Eye twitches in annoyance*.
Additionally, they've brought... You know who back, YET AGAIN for they cannot let the fiery One Winged Angel rest can they? In Final Fantasy DISSIDIA where Sephiroth is yet making yet another appearence in a Square game, he's already appeared in others and/or has had a reference to him in them. Final Fantasy VIII: Gilgamesh has the Masamune, Final Fantasy Tactics (I think if I'm remembering correctly) Sephiroth walked across the loading screen randomly, Final Fantasy XII: Gilgamesh again has the Masamune... he's already appeared in an older Square fighting game along with Turk Vincent Valentine, Cloud Strife, Zack Fair - Ehrgeiz: God Bless the Ring, the numerous seemingly never-ending Final Fantasy VII series,Kingdom Hearts, a movie, an anime series, manga series', has counterparts, characters based after him.... etc
*Is tired of seeing Sephiroth and is fed up of "Oh there's Sephiroth, looks like I have to kick his ass YET AGAIN."* </End rant>
Oh and rumor has it / reportedly Tetsuya Nomura has named the characters in the newer Kingdom Hearts full-motion video; their names are of relation to Sora, Riku and Kairi in their translations - additionally if these names are correct then he's used one of "Amano's Names" as a character name which hasn't done before since the Final Fantasy VII Disagreement where Tetsuya Nomura gained Yoshitaka Amano's original job in Square Soft.
And I'm working on a few things, and I've got my "Thank you" images completed but haven't been able to upload them <Lacks a scanner> will be working on this issue...eventually.
And my apologies for the language used but that was just to seemingly vent the frustration over it.

Well, I don't really consider the Masamune just Sephiroths. It's been in many, many games long before FFVII. It's based off of an ancient Japanese swordsmith. It also takes it's place with Murasame and Muramasa who were also ancient Japanese swordsmiths (As well as Final Fantasy swords). They were VERY well known in their time and considered the greatest to have ever lived. I don't remember the exact time period so I'll have to look it up again. ;o.o
I know that; I'm not stupid you know but in the Final Fantasy series the Masamune has always had a reference to Sephy.

And, Dissidia, despite Sephiroth's appearance...still looks bad ass. Kuja and Kain made that trailer amazing.
And, my FFXII group is almost done! Expect photos in mid July. ;D We'll have a Larsa, Gabranth, Balthier, Vayne, Vossler, Reks, Emperor Gramis, Doctor Cid, and Ashe.
True, I was looking at Kuja and Kain and went "Well there goes all of those jokes about them, for the people on the forums. Gone. Completely."
Awesome, we'll keep an eye out for it then, thank you.
(I should have some cosplay photos up in September or at least November as that's when the convention is on for me.)

I know you're not stupid... well sometimes *whacks self* NEVER. You are omnipotent... Well of course. Anytime you give someone a powerful well reknowned weapon and they become popular, the weapon will be trademarked (in a word) to that person. Chrono Trigger helps me with that. I relate it more to that than FF7 (It was part of story).

I know, and the legends that go with the swords - upon them being placed in the river/stream and Sephy's sword is derived from the "evil" blade.
